FAQs
Need assistance with the process? Our team is here to help you every step of the way. Whether you have questions about submitting your car, understanding the selection process, or preparing for a shoot, we are just a message away.
Contact UsSince every shoot is different, this all depends upon what the client has in mind. With every shoot that we work on, we ask the client to explain exactly how the car will be used beforehand to make sure the owner is comfortable with it before it gets booked. The majority of shoots that we work on are static (non-moving) photoshoots. If the car does need to be driven or moved at all, we will make sure to discuss these details with you beforehand to make sure you are comfortable with it.
Since the details of every shoot are different, the amount that you will be paid will vary. Once the location, duration and intended use of the vehicle are decided, we’ll be able to determine payment amount for the vehicle.
Every shoot that we work on, we require the production company to provide us with a certificate of insurance the provides at least $1 million automobile liability coverage. Additionally, the production company will sign an agreement stating that if the vehicle should be damaged in any way during the shoot, they are liable to pay for repairs to the vehicle to return it to the same condition as when it arrived.
With every shoot, we put a strong effort into making sure the client understands the boundaries and limits of how the car can be used to avoid a situation where the car might potentially be damaged. With that being said, mistakes can still happen. In the event that your car does sustain damage while at the shoot, the production company is liable to pay for any repairs needed to bring the car back to the condition it was in before the shoot.
